
Nissan has pulled out of merger talks with Honda, ending plans to form the world’s third-largest car alliance.
The deal fell apart over disagreements, as Honda wanted Nissan to operate as a subsidiary.
However, the two automakers are still open to working together on EV software and battery tech.
