In a shocking case from Lille, France, a six-year-old boy, left unsupervised in a hospital maternity ward, allegedly caused the death of a newborn baby girl, Zayneb-Cassandra. The boy, reportedly known for roaming the halls unattended, entered the neonatal unit where the premature infant was being cared for. According to investigators, he tried to pick up the baby “like a doll” but dropped her on her head.
